Antique 18ct Gold Star Set Diamond Three Stone Ring, 1892

A late Victorian solid 18ct yellow gold ring with three sparkling star set diamonds. 

Measurements: UK ring size O 1/2, US size 7.25. Width at front 5mm. 

Approximate measurement of the central diamond is 2.7mm and 2.5mm each for the outer diamonds. This adds up to approximately 0.2 carats, but it is difficult to measure star set diamonds very precisely. 

The diamonds look clean and bright with no eye visible inclusions. 

Weight: 3.5g

Hallmarks: 'HW', Crown, '18', Chester, 'I' for 1892.

Condition: Good antique condition. There is a faint line on the back of the band from a previous re-sizing. The band still feels sturdy and secure. Overall the ring looks in lovely condition for its age
