Antique Victorian 9ct Gold Sardonyx Shield Signet Ring, 1896

A wonderful antique 9ct yellow gold signet ring set with shield shaped sardonyx stone. 

Measurements: UK ring size Q 1/2. US size between 8 and 8.25.

Weight: 5g

Hallmarks: 'E.V', Chester, '9', '375', 'N' for 1896.

Condition: Overall good antique condition. The stone has some very light surface scratches which are not immediately noticeable. There are a couple of faint lines to the band from a previous resize, again this is not too noticeable and overall it is a lovely looking old ring.
