A vintage 9ct gold deer charm with ruby eyes, from Georg Jensen Ltd. 

The company made a range of gold animal charms with ruby eyes, they have become very collectible over the years. This sweet deer charm also has a lovely brushed effect to the gold which was a very popular finish in the 1960s.
