Vintage 9ct Gold Opal and Blue Enamel Ring, 1978

A really unique vintage ring in 9ct yellow gold, set to the centre with an opal and with royal blue guilloche (patterned) enamel to the shoulders. 

Although always difficult to catch on camera - the opal has some lovely flashes of colour. 

Measurements: UK ring size M. US size 6. 

Weight: 3.2g

Hallmarks: 'S&B', Crown, '375', London, 'D' for 1978.

Condition: Good overall vintage condition. The enamel work is lovely and bright and is intact with no pieces missing. On examination with a loupe, there is some slight surface wear, but this is barely noticeable by eye.
