Vintage 9ct Gold Opening GPO Mail Bag with Love Letter Inside, 1969

A really fun vintage 9ct gold charm in the design of a GPO mail bag which opens to reveal a love letter inside. 

GPO stands for General Post Office and it was the UK's state postal system until 1969, which is the year that this charm was hallmarked. 

The letter inside is moveable, and on one side it reads "I LOVE YOU" and the other side has a heart design.
